Welcome to Chinese Qigong The Resonance of Wisdom. Before signing up for member please read the terms and conditions of use set forth herein carefully.

If you elect to become a member of Chinese Qigong The Resonance of Wisdom (hereinafter
referred to as “the Website”), you will have access to the respective service you purchase, on conditions that yo agree to abide by the provisions of this Terms of and conditions of Use
Agreement The terms “we”, “us”, “our” herein refer to the Website, and the terms “you”, “your” herein refer to the member with the Website.

1. At the time of registration for a membership with us, you should furnish us with true and accurate personal particulars (hereinafter referred to as “the Member Data”) as required in the application form, and to maintain and promptly update the member data to keep it accurate. We will keep the Member Data confidential and will not reveal to any third party without the written consent of the member. And you will consent to our using your Member Data only in cases for purposes of data compiling, evaluation, or research and others.
   
   
2. The Registration for membership is open to all and free of charge, however, under the following circumstances, the Website reserves the rights to terminate or suspend the membership and all or part of the services provided for the membership, without any compensation.
   
   

   a)	if you provide us with any information that is untrue, inaccurate or misleading, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect such is the case.
   b)	if you use an illegitimate credit card to transact with the Website.
   c)	if you make an unauthorized access to the Website and sabotage the operations of the Website.
   d)	if you publish or circulate any article or picture on the Website that is untrue, indecent, illegal, abusive, excessive violence, blackmail, obscene, or iolation of copyright,
   e)	if you put up any offending advertisement or trading any unscrupulous products on the Website or contain a link to an adult website.
   f)	if you, by using the Website, violate any terms and conditions of transaction of the Website, or Act of Consumer Protection , or Act of Fair Trade Committee or break other rules and regulations of the laws of the ROC. ,

   
   
   
3. To purchase any items of services from the Website, you are to comply with the terms & Conditions of Transaction of the Website, Your accounts with the Website will be based on the online computation provided by the internet system. Should any discrepancies or disputes arise, the online computation of your statement of account will be the basis for settlement.
   
   
4. The Website is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone network, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, or any other failure that are beyond our control.. The member will not claim for any compensation on the Website for any interruptions or damages resulting from the aforesaid failures.
   
   
5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Username and passwords that you designate during the registration process, you should not let others share your user name & passwords. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
   
   
6. The Website has the intellectual property right under the laws of the ROC to The text, files, images, photos, sounds or any other materials posted thereon. We will take legal action against any violations of our intellectual property right.
   
   
7. The Website reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, remove any of the services provided thereon, and the member should not demand any compensation from us.
   
   
8. The Website reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, to remove or add portions of these terms & conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be posted on the Website, and we will not notify the members individually. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions or you do not agree to these terms & conditions after we have posted any changes. You should not use the Website. If member is deemed to agree on the changes if he continue using our services.
   
   
9. Should anything be omitted in this agreement will be referred to the rules governing the use of internet under the Law of the ROC .
